Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for:

  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product received

Exchange requests are subject to:

  • Product inspection
  • Stock availability

The replacement product will be shipped once the original item is approved and received by our team.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Minor packaging damage
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events, unless damaged

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
